Mi Limited - Mi Trader for Consumers

A "quote and buy" workflow framework focused on a direct web based consumer and/or call centre user base, ideal for personal lines and simple commercial products.

The Mi Trader for Consumers (T4C) framework provides 'out of the box' functionality for consumers to obtain new business quotations, create user potfolios and purchase insurance online using a variety of payment methods.

Additionally, the Mi Trader for Consumers framework allows a company's (or those of their affiliates) call centre staff the ability to transact insurance on behalf of a consumer in a simple to use interface. No training is necessary owing to its adoption of industry standard consumer interface techniques, with additional scripting being provided for non advised sales compliance.

Products are tailored using the Mi Trader Studio configuration tool to meet the exact requirements and USP's of each client.

Provided as a standalone module to extend and distribute a client's existing systems or as a compliment to the Mi Trader for Underwriters framework to provide full lifecycle policy administration.
